I found this place to be clean with courteous staff and a great location in the area.

The breakfast was good, but there weren't enough tables for everyone.

The air conditioner was too loud and didn't maintain an even temperature. The swimming pool was down for maintenance. When I got my bill, the total was not the amount shown on the internet site that I originally book on. The clerk adjusted the amount to correspond with the internet quote.

The food was good and plenty to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and I never heard any noise from the hall or any rooms. I really liked the area because it's right off the freeway, very easy to find. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. I felt very safe staying here. That says a lot when your a woman and traveling alone. Didn't have to go far to get food or to the store. I will stay here anytime I may travel through this area again.

For me there wasn't anything I didn't like. I will stay here again without a doubt!!

Fairly quiet rooms. Fast staff. Peaceful location. Excellent service. Had 3 restful nights

The setting in the room if 2 people it would be nice to have 2 comfortable chairs to set and talk, watch tv, with out 1 laying in bed or setting in desk chair.

Your bed was horrible, we didn't sleep all night, thought you were known for your wonderful mattresses but this one was cheap and uncomfortable

The room is reasonably priced. The bathroom is large. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff are amicable. The property's location is perfect, close to a restaurant, major shopping center, dining options, fueling options, downtown Roanoke.

Room was nice.

Did not have roll away in place as requested. Had to call. After 30 mins, had to call again and retrieve bed myself.

This place had a friendly check-in process, comfy beds in the rooms, and a great location just a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Breakfast was good. the fresh fruit was really nice. Coffee in the entrance was very good. Grab bars in shower of regular room was helpful.

Day one Omelettes great, Day two scrambled eggs and ham cold.

My daughter was sleeping when the maid came. She never came back, nor did they offer towels when we did not have service. When the toilet clogged he handed me a plunger at the front desk...while I am well versed in how to use this...not everyone is??

our room steward did a very good job ,the room looked and smelled fresh each day on our return.
